2. DATA WE COLLECT

Data you give us

Order and account data: your name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number and, if you create an account, your login details.

Payment data: information needed to process your payment. Payment details such as card numbers are handled directly by our payment providers and are not stored by us.

Messages: anything you send us by email, phone or contact form, for example questions about an order or a return.

Data collected automatically

Technical data: your IP address, browser type, device information, the date and time of your visit and the pages you view.

Order history: which products you bought, when, and the amount paid.

Approximate location: derived from your IP address, for example to show you the correct shipping information.

Data from third parties

Service providers: we may receive data from partners who help us with payment processing, shipping, hosting and customer support.

Social media: if you interact with us on social media platforms, we may receive information about that interaction.

3. WHY WE USE YOUR DATA AND ON WHAT LEGAL BASIS

To process and deliver your order and to handle returns and warranty claims. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).

To communicate with you about your order, delivery or account. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).

To meet legal obligations, for example retention duties under German commercial and tax law. Legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR).

To keep our website secure and prevent fraud and misuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

To improve our shop and understand how visitors use it. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR), where required.

To send you newsletters and offers. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.

4. WHO WE SHARE YOUR DATA WITH

We only share your data where this is necessary to run our shop or where we are legally required to do so.

Shipping carriers receive your name and delivery address so they can deliver your parcel. If you agree, we also pass on your email address or phone number so the carrier can notify you about the delivery.

Payment providers receive the data needed to process your payment.

Technical service providers such as our shop system and hosting provider process data on our behalf. They are bound by data processing agreements and may only use your data according to our instructions.

Authorities receive data only where we are legally obliged to provide it.

We never sell your personal data.

5. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

Our website uses cookies. Some are technically necessary for the shop to work, for example to keep items in your shopping cart. These are used on the basis of Section 25 (2) of the German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act (TDDDG).

7. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR DATA

Order and invoice data is kept for the retention periods required by German law, which are generally 6 years under the German Commercial Code (HGB) and 10 years under the German Fiscal Code (AO). After that, your data is deleted.

9. DATA SECURITY

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Our website uses SSL/TLS encryption, which you can recognise by the lock symbol in your browser's address bar. Please note that no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. CHILDREN

Our shop is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16 years of age. If we learn that we have collected such data without the consent of a parent or guardian, we will delete it as quickly as possible.
